Below the answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) and the information we consider most useful for your stay at Il Capo Suites.

Booking

+ Booking Policy

You can book directly online, or by phone. When booking is required a pre-payment of 30% of the total charge as a guarantee of your reservation. Some promotional rates and/or special offers may be subject to prepayment of the entire stay.

+ Cancellation Policy

Reservations subject to the application of standard rates, can be cancelled without penalty up to 1 month before the date of arrival.

+ Tourist Tax

The price of your room not includes all applicable taxes. From 1 April to 31 October for the municipality of Sorrento a tax of € 3 per person and per night of stay is in force, to refer to the registration at the facility (MINORS EXCLUDED). Therefore, upon arrival, an identification document (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License) must be provided to allow the registration of the tourist tax.

+ How can get the apartment from the airport of the city of Naples Capodichino?

You can take a taxi or the Bus Curreri (https://www.curreriviaggi.it/) that will bring you to Sorrento in the square in front of Circumvesuviana. Alternatively, you can reach Naples Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi) by bus, and then from there take a “Circumvesuviana” train to Sorrento.

Check In/Out

+ What time is the check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 10:00

+ I haven't received my check-in details yet, when do I receive them and when can I enter?

The check-in data will be sent at the same time as the check-in. The entrance is scheduled from 15:00

+ I am unable to be at the facility for the 15:00 pm check-in

Check-in is automatic with codes, so it can be done at any time.

+ Is it possible to check in before 15:00?

It is not possible, but it is possible to leave your luggage at the entrance

+ We have a later departure than check out, can we leave our bags in the hotel?

Of course, suitcases can be left at the entrance

In the Structure

+ Do you offer WI-FI connection?

The Wi-Fi connection is fast, reliable and free in your room or in the common areas.

+ Is a laundry service provided?

No we do not provide a laundary service, but 150mt from the apartment there is Launderrete Self Service

+ Do you accept animals?

We love animals but we do not accept them.

+ Is the room smoke free? Non-Smoking?

The Room is Non-Smoking.

+ Are we able to control the air conditioning of our accommodation?

On the wall there is a thermostat to manage the hot and cold air conditioning independently.

+ The sockets seem not to work, is there a specific switch that activates them?

To activate the electricity in the room, the room key must be inserted in the wall reader near the switches.

+ Do you have a lift?

Yes we have a lift

Parking

+ Do you have a car park?

No but close to the apartment (350mt) private parking are at Euro 20,00 per day (Ulysse and Stinga)

+ I rented a motorbike/car, is there a place to park it?

Sorrento does not offer free public parking, and the daily cost for a parking space is around € 20.
Close to the structure there are several parking: Ulisse or Stinga at 350mt. For the scooter you could find a place to park on Viale degli Aranci.

Generic

+ We would like to rent a scooter, where can we go?

Near the structure 300 meters you can find Jolly Rent. http://www.jollyrent.com.

+ We need to print a ticket/document, where can I go?

In the structure we have no possibility to print, there are several along Viale degli Aranci

+ Do you organize tours and excursions on request?

No, but in Sorrento city center there are a lot of agency for it.

+ Where I can buy electonic stuff?

Viale degli Aranci is the main road with all type of shops

+ Do you have an outdoor pool that’s easy to access?

No the structure does not have an outdoor pool, but Villa Maria Hotel and Hotel Ascot at 50mt does paying the entrace you can access.
